Recipies are so hard to find, and Joy has written hers down, she has worked closely with herbs and with women in crisis pregnancy. Also included, several excellent meditations for helping you come to the right decision for you. Written with love and compassion, its a shame its no longer in print.

What to do to prepare yourself and what to expect afterwards. She doesn't skirt the issues but follows with grieving and even creating a funeral. There's even info on healing a relationship and a chapter dedicated to men. I hope that this book becomes reissued or republished. It's vital information that people need to have.

Her voice is that of a trusted friend who is there to impart information and help you through a very tough decision by getting clear with yourself and your future.
