Charles Spurgeon was not only a man who preached on the grace of God but he also rightly saw that it was only by the grace of God that he was saved (Eph. 2:8-9). He further was a man who lived his life in the power and delight of God's grace (1 Cor. 15:10). All the more reasons to purchase this book.

This simple book contains parts of Charles Spurgeon's sermons on grace in more modern English. I appreciate the fact, however, that the editors have not abused Spurgeon's words and have by in large left them in tack. Spurgeon, known for his grasp of the English language and often deemed the greatest English preacher in history, truly uses his words and Scripture to show the reader the awesome grace of our God. Read this book and marvel as I did at God's grace.
