John Bunyon was an English 17th Christian writer and preacher. He is best known for his allegory The Pilgrims Progress. Bunyon was imprisoned for preaching without a license. This confinement lasted 12 years. Grace Abounding to the Chief of Sinners is an autobiography of a deeply spiritual man. Bunyon describes his flight against sin, his struggle with unbelief and his eventual acceptance of faith. This is an inspirational glimpse into the developing faith of a man.
