There is much here to consider. The chapters are logical and information is easy to find. Thumb nail essentials are the first part of each chapter. This book cuts down on the time it takes for explanations and will help me with my treatment decisions. This is a hard topic to think about but, more knowledge is some comfort.

I've recently had prostate cancer surgrey and the book was so informative and helpful. I've shared it with friends,family and co- workers.

This book is a great information source for any man newly-diagnosed with prostate cancer. Read the individual stories and learn how these guys gathered information, selected the treatment they felt was right for them, resolved any problems (and side-effects) they encountered along the way, and endured the cancer treatment regimen.

After being diagnosed with prostate cancer, doctor gave us this book to read. It was very informative and answered many of questions one has. We ordered one for each of our sons so they won't be as unaware as I was.

I found this book to be an outstanding source of information in terms a lay person can understand and from which they can benefit.

I purchased the book on 100 Questions and Answers about Prostate Cancer and found it be to very important for my husband. It gives concise answers to questions for men facing a biopsy for possible cancer and also how to be aware of any sign that this cancer is evident.

I was diagnosed last April as having prostate cancer. The urologist recommended this book and also informed me that I needed to be sure to purchase the latest edition. It was very thorough in explaining the various stages of cancer and the options for treatment. What is really great about this selection is that there are charts which explain the various stages of this cancer and the pros and cons of the various treatments. Because of my age (56), and because of a family history of cancer, I opted to have a robotic prostectamy. So far, all of my tests have come back negative and the side effects are minimal. Because of the information given in this book, I was able to make an informed decision that I felt was best for my situation. I strongly recommend this book for anyone diagnosed with prostate cancer.
