This is one of the best CDs I've heard in a long time. Verve fans who love ASIH will love this CD. It is the perfect complement to ASIH. The dreamy textures weave around the soul and envelope the senses in lush music that relieves every ounce of stress imaginable. Track 9, Blindshore, is especially beautiful and haunting. Again, Verve fans, if you like Beautiful Mind I guarantee you will love this song. I hope this group will stay around for a long time to come.

Spacious sounds and endless psychedelic washes, delivered with a feel and intensity unwitnessed since the release of "a Storm in Heaven".

This was a great CD, I got it at one of their shows in Austin at South by Southwest. It is an unbeleivable the blend of tone and melody. It is just smoooooooth. Unfortunately, it was stolen with all of my CD's out of my car! I can't find it anywhere. If any of you guys can help me out I would appreciate it. I am trying to buy this CD used on Amazon!!!!

One of the finest albums I have ever heard. Anyone who likes early Verve, Spiritualized, Cocteau Twins shold buy it immediately.

I'm a big fan of the verve, slowdive, my bloody valentine, etc... This album fits right into the genre of shoegazing. This CD has quickly become one of my favorite CDs to listen to... especially if I'm in the mood for lush textures, dreamy imagery, and entrancing melodies. Perfect for stargazing, watching the waves roll in, feeling the sun on your skin, or daydreaming a rainy day away... *sigh*

When buying this make sure what you are getting. There is a regular jewel case version and a card stock limited edition. The limited edition is hand numbered and came with an extra duplicate CD in it's own cover with the instructions to "give to a friend". This is out of print. The jewel case version is a single CD and is available through the bands website for 12.99. [..]

Put this CD on and let it wash over you. The textures on this record are like a drug. Don't buy this loking for songs. There aren't any. Buy it looking for an intricate soundscape that will have questioning why you're still listening to this CD more consistantly than anything else you own. Ebows abound!!!
