An excellent album, but the SACD does have flaws,

This is an excellent jazz album with two outstanding jazz organists. However as mentioned by one reviewer, the SACD does have flaws which cause problems in a couple of tracks. These flaws appear to be only on the SACD layer; as far as I can tell, the CD layer has no problems. In spite of the flaws, this is a favorite out of hundreds of jazz albums I own.

The SACD layer has numerous flaws, pops & odd noises. This was verified on numerous players. Could be a defective disc, but it would be the first I've run into since selling CDs in the early eighties. The first two tracks are fabulous

Two masters of the hammond organ, both masters in their own class, two generations, two warriors, two heroes carrying the B3 torch into 2000 and far beyond. Listen carefully and enjoy the pleasures of the real stuff, although Concord recordings used to be the " mainstream label " please get tempted and purchase this 4 star recording. Settle yourself infront of your Hi fi stereo set and let the Lesley Box vibrations come over you.
