My middle school daughter loves all the Genevieve Foster history books. As a homeschooler free to choose her own curriculum, she says the Foster books are the only history books she will use. As her teacher/mom, I say they're all she needs for history.

This is absolutely the worst book ever. It jumps around too much and it does not make sense. It has too many chapters. It is packed with too much detail. The book tries to tell everything that happened all over the world at a given time. This makes it too confusing to follow. What a waste of time. What a terrible way to tell the story of Abraham Lincoln's life.
