I was very intrigued by the title of this book. The recipes all sound good and I can't wait to try them. There is lots of advice in the book about metabolism and how to make it work to help you lose weight.

Just downloaded the cookbook and I'm impressed so far. Not only does it have easy-to-follow recipes (with foods I can actually find in my grocery store), it has a ton of great info on how to pair foods. I've never heard of metabolism maximizing food pairings, so I'm excited to see how this can help me lose weight!

Nice "intro" reviewing nutritional basics. Utilizes a new twist on food lists called nutrient codes that correspond with nutrient profiles on the recipes- easy for a beginner to plan meals. Recipes use basic ingredients that we probably already have. I hate it when I want to make a recipe and have to run to the store to get some weird ingredient that would be rarely used other than in that 1 recipe. Preparation is quick and easy - just what we all need in our busy lives. Can't wait to try the recipes. Just 1 suggestion: would have been nice to have more nutritional information for the recipes other than just calories.

Lots of great recipes & advice! But no index of the ingredients at the end. That would be helpful. No recommendations for key ingredients like whey powder for the smoothies. And agave syrup is not calorie free! Plus a bio of the author would be nice.

Abs are Made in the Kitchen is a great source for weight loss tips and includes a wide variety of recipes. I have enjoyed all of the recipes that I've tried so far, but I have to say that some of my favorites include the creamy smothered chicken, bacon and spinach snapper and the teriyaki chinese chops. They taste great, are easy to make and best of all are good for you! I will be recommending this cookbook to my friends!
