Disappointed
Was very disappointed in this cookbook. I felt it would be best rated for a college grad who never learned to cook. Far too sophisticated for the average beginner. I think I could write a better book with better recipes and ingredients that don't cost a fortune.

These professional experiences resulted in Absolute Beginner's Guide To Cooking, a "user friendly" instructional resource which covers all the basics; from stocking a kitchen with tools and basic pantry ingredients to learning about cheeses, herbs, cooking terms and meal preparation times. Charts, recipes, and shopping lists abound.
