A wonderful book filled with mind-expanding information which will help anyone who uses it change their life in whatever way they choose. What is written between these covers makes sense and works!

A thoughtful "how to do" book. Develops a sense of your place within the universe as well as the techniques on how to live the life you want and have the people and things you want in your life come to you easily and pleasantly. It does work!!

Before I began to read this book, I had the rare privilege of seeing Michael speak live when he visited Perth earlier this year.

I admit I went along highly sceptical - I thought I knew it all, etc... :-)

By the time he had finished (~2 hrs), I was totally converted. This man is brilliant in his ideas on life, and being a human being, and achieving "Absolute Happiness". I came away with a whole new understanding of life, success, failure and one's purpose in life.

I am now half way thru his book, and while it takes a while to get going, it has some amazing ideas and concepts for one to contemplate. Many of them will severely challenge you, if only because you don't have ANY basis or background from which to make a judgement about what he is saying.

I heard that best described as: "You don't know that you don't know" and it's a difficult concept to understand, BUT very powerful for improving your life in so many ways, once you get to comprehend it. In other words, it's a paradigm shift.

So, my recommendations are (a) buy the book and read it, and (b) if you get a chance to hear Michael speak, GRAB IT! He doesn't do many such engagements...

Enlightening, uplifting, simple and concise. The author has a no-nonsense approach which anyone can adopt. Each household would benefit in having this wonderful reference book in their library.

After reading it, I felt I had saved thousands of dollars of therapy ! I eagerly await his next bestseller.

Many personal development books out there, I find are a struggle to read, they are boring and don't really give any good techniques that I can use to truly make a difference in my life.

However 'Michael Domeyko Rowland's' book is different! I found it easy to follow, funny; he talked from his own experience, and had some powerful practical techniques that work!

I personally believe that even though the book is about ten years old now, the information in it is ageless. It will always be the book that made the biggest difference in my life

I FIRST READ THIS BOOK AFTER ATTENDING A MICHAEL ROWLAND SEMINAR AND I HAVE USED IT SINCE AS A GUIDE TO TRUE PEACE AND ETERNAL LOVE. MICHAEL'S EXTRAORDINARY TEACHING OFFERS HAPPINESS AND HOPE WHEN IT FEELS LIKE THEY NO LONGER EXIST. I READ THIS BOOK DURING A DARK EPISODE IN MY LIFE, AND WHILE I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT WAS MYSELF WHO DID THE HARD YARDS, WITHOUT "ABSOLUTE HAPPINESS", MY JOURNEY WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT DEAL MORE ARDUOUS. TO MICHAEL I SAY, THANK YOU FOR OFFERING YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SPECIAL GIFT, WITHOUT YOU THE UNIVERSE WOULD NOT NEARLY BE SUCH FANTASTIC AND UNIQUE PLACE!

This is the Second Book that Literally Changed my life in the series of self-development books I read. It first explains how people conceive their reality and the power of the subconscious mind and how we can change our reality/life by reprogramming it.

It's true we were born happy and free human beings but Society and conditioning made us restricted in our expression and in our feelings.

I Hope you make good use of it as I did ...

This is one of the best books I have ever read.

I bought this book because of the glowing reviews, and was very dissapointed. The author talks endless circles around various metaphysical themes, such as how happiness comes from within, etc, but gives VERY little practical advice. The book goes nowhere. If you like pondering new age philosophy, go ahead and buy it; if you're looking for practical self-help strategy and motivation, keep looking.
