About the Author

Jory Dansen has dabbled in raunchy humor for almost four decades, including, but not limited to, his assemblage of a world-class collection of cartoons, printed humor and countless jokes. Raised in a liberal household on the western shores of the United States, his inspiration comes from giants like Mel Brooks, Woody Allen, Sam Kinison, Eddie Murphy, George Carlin, Rodney Carrington and, of course, his parents and siblings, colleagues and friends. Throw in perverted influences like George Trosley, Dan Collins, Dwaine Tinsely, John Billette and Tom Cheney, and you can see how the picture developed (and why digital photography is now so popular). Jory's latest endeavor entitled Absolutely Rotten Jokes (¿2006 via Author House¿) was created after friends insisted he produce something tangible which they could give out as gifts in lieu of printing out mass amounts of emails received from around the globe. This book has us on the floor laughing every time we read it. It certainly lives up to its name, so much so that we are selling it ourselves. A must-have book for every fellow sicko. Cheap, too!
