This one has stood the test of time,
This review is from: Absolutes (Audio CD)
I purchased several hundreds of dollars worth of music in the 1990s and most of it is somewhere in a landfill today.
This is on a completely different level. Stavesacre has a unique sound and this album--musically and lyrically--is challenging and profound. All their albums are excellent and worth getting but this one and Speakeasy contain a lot of their best stuff.

I'm a huge Stavesacre fan, and this cd is a major reason why. It's hard hitting throughout the entire album. The Wither songs are slow, but very interesting. I can't say enough about Mark Salomon with regards to his lyrics. This is a great album and should be purchased by any Stavesacre fan.

I own and have enjoyed tracks on all of their albums, but for me this album stands a bit above the rest lyrically.
