The balanced system creates the perfect harmony between rod and reel, allowing for greater sensitivity and control without causing undue fatigue. The Vendetta is made using 30-ton graphite, a superior graphite grade that produces a lighter rod with increased sensitivity. The higher the tonnage, the stiffer the fibers used in the construction of the rod. As a result, the rod efficiently transmits vibrations to your hand, so you can feel more strikes.
The rod is also comfortable to hold, with a high-density EVA handle and a Fuji ACS and VSS soft-touch reel seat. Other details include a one-piece, double-anodized aluminum screw down that creates a secure connection; Pac Bay guides with SiC inserts; and a Texas-rigged hook keeper for all bait applications. Vendetta rods are available in a variety of lengths and rod powers.

I fish primarily for flounder and this rod twitches when one swims near. I can feel the bait swimming normally and can even feel when it gets excited ... like when a doormat makes her approach. This is a great rod for an excellent price ... frankly, I paid a little more for mine. Try it. I am going to buy another one!
