I had hoped for more detail on energy usage, however, Green does not deliver too much until the final chapter—a study on the realities of ethanol as a fuel. Nevertheless, it is a good read for thinking about the reality of fuel in our lives. Rich countries can afford cleaner energy (and do) but maybe foreign aid would be better concentrating on getting cheaper fuel to the masses around the world.
