I absolutely LOVE this game and have played it through twice already. This is from the same developers (Artifex Mundi) who made Engimatis, Dark Acana and Nightmares from the Deep - all wonderful point and click games.

The story is engaging and really held my interest. The game follows standard point and click gameplay where you search different locations, pick up inventory items, and then use them accordingly when the time comes. There are also hidden object searches and mini games, both of which are fun to play. This game has so much going for it: the graphics are top notch and extremely detailed, the dialouge sounds authentic, and the characters are interesting. There are lots of scenes to explore, and a fair amount of back and forth as you navigate your way through all the various locations.

The locations can get a little confusing, but there is a map and arrow hints to point you in the right direction, and if you are in the right place, the hint will indicate exactly what you need to do. No task was so difficult that I couldn't figure it out. The hint system is very good and includes a full strategy guide, which makes the game suitable for beginners. I had no glitches, loading screens, or technical issues playing on kindle fire HDX 8.9. This is a long game, which includes 10 chapters, a bonus chapter, which continues the story from another character's perspective, and some extras.

I recommend this game to everyone - it is extremely worthwhile and definitely one of the best point and click games available for Android!!

Another huge download... 286mbs. And potential deal killer- fully installs at 312mbs on Device Memory with NO option to move off (KitKat 4.4.2). The *Write to external storage* permission ONLY pertains to save data- that gets saved to my SD card. Just not that huge hog of 312mbs.

So we got a Device Memory bloater, and if you have an internal memory partition with limited Device Memory (but tons of total internal or external storage), this will eat up a significant portion (in fact, it takes up more Device Memory room than MAGE & MINIONS, a pretty high-scale action combat game).

And like pretty much all G5 games I have played, I get that bloody full screen More Games Shop carousel before I even get into the game. Guess they are never going to stop that. And again, like other G5 games, the main menu screen is loaded with self-advertising. including a "RATE IT to Get A Sequel" button. Uh... okay, that has to be one of the "best" rate bribes around.

Although the product description says this has "IAP", it must be referring to all the "More Games" advertising - there isn't any actual traditional IAP.

Permissions are okay (as mentioned, the External Storage only pertains to save data), and does run OFFLINE. Bit of a battery drain - I shot through 20% battery in the 10 minutes I played - holy smokes! Has a pretty hefty share of analytics as well: Fiksu, Flurry, and MobileAppTracking. And of course, full Facebook integration.

All that aside, the game is very pretty and as a Point-n-Click adventure in itself, I would recommend it. Begins off with a optional interface tutorial. For those who like Hidden Objects, plenty of that too, even a separate HO game mode under [Extras]. I really dig the Domino play mode as well. Recharging [Hint] system that highlights the next bit to go to, and a far fuller, very in-depth text [Strategy Guide] under [Info]. Lengthy game too, so all told, you get your value for the money in terms of gameplay.

Just wished it wasn't such a device memory bloater. The battery drain kind of stinks too... so does dealing with that full screen More Games shop every time I go into the game... ugh. Really sweet game with all kinds of junk issues piled up around it. Read more ›

Normally I am not too big on g5 games but this one got me..The graphics storyline is extremely great..The length is long puzzles are great. This game wonderful.. I would recommend this game for you if you want a game worth the price

A Highly Polished game with Interesting STORYLINE. Very good Narration and neat Puzzles to keep us Engaged and Entertained. Graphics are Excellent and very impressive in Quality and Content. The Sound Effects and Music create a great mystery atmosphere and volume levels can be adjusted for each to suite your preference. Hidden Objects pose good challenges but not too hard. Mini-Game challenges are awesome with many different styles and not repetitive. Nice to be able to choose any of 3 difficulty levels. HINT system is very helpful (if you need it) and the MAP Guide and NOTEBOOK are useful tools to keep you oriented in the many levels. They also included great INSTRUCTIONS that will walk you through every task you need to accomplish (if you want to use it) if you get stuck. I find to be very USER FRIENDLY and No Malware hazards.

Overall, a well designed Adventure game that is SAFE, Engaging and Enjoyable. One of the best and most Entertaining apps I have seen. It does have some Advertising and Links on the start page but after that it has none of the usual annoyances seen on many games. It also has only 1 ADDON and that is FLURRY that monitors how you play the game for Developer Fixes, etc. You can however OPT OUT at Flurry website. This is not like Spyware so should be OK. I am very HAPPY with this game and recommend it though it is rather costly compared to others.
