The product I received did not work.

I informed the provider about this, they took several days to get back to me. I was required to resend them the email before they would provide a link to their website to lodge a notification of the product not working. They required that I fill out several forms their, all that were poorly worded and unclear about where the information for it should come from. Four months have passed and I still haven't received a replacement or a refund.

Would not recommend or use this provider. They're just cheating their customers.

I've had this adapter for over 15 months now and I must say it was an excellent purchase. It works just as well as the one that came with my Compaq Presario laptop. At under $15 you can't beat the price of this adapter; most places change around $60 for it. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the cord that plugs into the adapter and the electrical outlet is kind-of short (about 3 feet). This wasn't much of a problem though, as I solved this problem by using the 6 foot cord from the adapter that came with my laptop. I highly recommend this item, just be mindful of the fact that you will probably need to replace the short cord that comes with it.
