- Documentation doesn't match up to reality when it comes to integration with Photoshop Elements 6

- When I emailed them to ask for advice they just repeated what was in the documentation. This took 3 or 4 tries to correct.

- The results of using the product aren't nearly as great as promised.

- Even now I'm awaiting a response from their customer service department.
