Presents incorrect historical information,

I just received the software and am displeased with some of the contents, specifically the Video Learning system. As I watched the video on America, then and now, I saw so many historical inaccuracies that I would not recommend showing the video DVD at all. The Britannica DVD comes with a Free trial but other than that the info can be found free on the internet. I think that the only thing that it is good for is the testing software.

Difficult to use,

This program is very difficult to follow. Much of the material resides on-line and the links do not always work. Even worse is that the Springhill company Tech Support website has bad links and can't accept any e-mail help requests. Do not waste your time or money on this program.
