Academic Year Abroad describes almost 2,500 programs: some 1,700 sponsored by accredited U.S. post-secondary institutions and hundreds more developed for U.S. students by foreign universities and other organizations.

U.S. undergraduates and adult learners will find information on programs that combine travel and study in Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and the Americas--over 70 countries worldwide.
Essentially all 2,490-plus educational opportunities included in Academic Year Abroad are available to undergraduates. Many programs are also open to pre-college students, graduate students, teachers, professionals and other adults.
