Product Description

From the Manufacturer

This is a 1/72 scale Academy plastic model kit. The P-51C Mustang is a single seat fighter plane known for its use during World War II. The Tuskegee Airmen were black fighter pilots during World War II who flew escort missions with American bombers during the Italian Campaign. They were called "Red Tailed Black Angels" by the bomber crews, because they never lost a single plane to German fighters while they were on escort duty. This kit includes panel lines and landing gear detail, separate ground vehicle, detailed cockpit, as well as a painting and beautiful decal sheet that enables completion of the plane frlown by either Capt Ed Toppins of the 99FS/332 FG/15th AF or flown by Lt. Lee "Buddy" Archer, 302nd FS/332ng FG/15th AF.

Product Description
