I bought this string of lights for a costume. I ordered blue lights, and at first I thought I had received white as both the bulb and the plastic covering appeared clear. Once I got the batteries in, they were indeed blue. They are small, round lights and have the option of a steady light, or flashing lights. They also have the option of operating off a DC adapter. In addition, they arrived so quickly! Much faster than I had expected. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order from this vendor again.
