If you are planning to travel anywhere that has a Access guide available for it. There is no, better way to find great local eateries or shops that will appeal to your personal tastes than the Access guides. I bought every guide available for my last trip and The Access guide is the one I ended up using the most, while I was there. While I have not gone to san francisco yet, the book is set up with the same format and helpful info as all the other access guides.

The guide is well written offering a wide range of places to visit, eat or stay. With all San Francisco has to offer I would not attempt to visit there without this guidebook.
