Low-linting, two-sided wipers are specifically designed to protect against bloodborne and body-fluid-borne diseases and chemicals. Absorbent polypropylene/cellulose side soaks up blood, body fluids, and chemicals. Bright orange barrier side, made of coextruded polyethylene, blocks soak-through to gloves, hands, and counters, limiting the spread of contamination. Wipers are impermeable to strong solvents including xylene and xylene substitutes, acetone, ketones, alcohols, and formalin. Use to pop caps, wipe pipets and probes, and line benches, counters, and trays. Wipers are available in several sizes of individual pads and in large rolls for cutting to suit. Wipers are also available in three absorbancies: standard absorbency can absorb 9x its own weight, heavy absorbency can absorb 12x its weight, and super absorbency can absorb 25x its weight. Specifically-sized dispensers are constructed of clear acrylic.
