I purchased the case to take underwater video and pictures in pool. The case works very well and I am happy with the results.

Pros:
-Results are very good
-Camera stays safe and dry
-Decently priced as compare to alternatives

Cons:
-One size for all, so if ur camera is small you may have to adjust it in the lens cap, flash may hide behind the thick ring.
-It was not easy to see the camera display in shallow because of reflection on plastic case.

Overall the product quality is good and it gets the job done.

I tried out the underwater case this past weekend in Mallipo, South Korea on vacation. It worked out well. The zip lock part is a little hard and my husband had to do that for me. BUT it did not leak or destroy my camera so that made me happy! I like the strap that goes around your neck, that made it easy to snorkle and have my hands free to pick up things in the ocean. The bag is a little big and sometimes I had to adjust the camera so the view didn't get blocked. Most of the pictures came out fine although the quality of the colors is not the same but it did give it a funky artistic look. I noticed I was not the only one who had this case on the beach! I'm glad I purched it and will use it again and again!

Sure, my camera fits inside of the plastic pouch, and the pouch is waterproof/resistant...but it seems like my cybershot should have a telescopic lens, but it doesn't...the "lens" on this pouch doesn't match up AT ALL with my camera's lens and the other way it takes even remotely good pictures is if I turn it around backwards in the pouch and fumble around for the buttons. I'm not sure what the problem, because according to the box, this SHOULD be fitting my Sony Cybershot camera...but it just doesn't.

Excellent product. I was looking for UnderWater Camera for my Trip to mexico, but they were very expensive and the best solution I found was Dicapac. We used it when we did snorkeling and phots came out really really good and it didnt damage our camera at all. I would recommend to buy this product if you don't want to buy those expensive water camera.

It is okay for a pool maybe but in the ocean it is very difficult to use this. I have a sony cybershot and the tiny camera kept moving inside the case. Because of that there was a dark shadow in all the pictures unless you are really holding your camera in place.

I bought this item so I could have pictures and video of me and my husband snorkeling in Cancun. My husband was pretty skeptical of it at first but he was surprised to see the pictures and video afterwards. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it doesn't hold the camera in place. I had to make sure the shutter lined up before I tuned it on. Other than that, it was great! It kept my camera perfectly dry!

This product kept my camera dry and was easy to insert camera into case. The only problem I had with the Waterproof case was it was oversized for my camera and allowed my camera to move around inside the case while I was in the water. I had to continually check and realign the camera during underwater photo shooting : although, this was the case that was recommended for my specific camera. I wished the case was a little more customized to the size of my camera or provided a filler to adjust the excessive space to minimize the movement of the camera within the case.

Kept the camera dry and I was able to take some good pictures of our snorkeling trips. Changing settings is nearly impossible so you need to know your camera and do some testing about which ISO setting to use.

I purchased this product last week for my trip to Fryeburg, ME. I wanted to get some pictures and videos partying on the beach and floating down the river, my obvious concern being sand and water - enter the Dicapac. Best bang for your buck. Approximately $20 and I had high quality pictures of my trip with no concern for ruining my camera. Because it is universal, expect some interference with the flash (mine was blocked but I used the camera in daylight so this didn't matter to me). I was suprised that was still able to cycle between picture modes too! (you just need to reposition the case and play with it a bit to get the hang of it) Audio came out VERY clear too! Underwater shooting was prestine! Not a drop of water on the camera. It comes with one silca pack to absorb moisture but I suggest buying extras for future use.

The shipping was a little slow but the communication was good and the product was as described.
