Michele C. Brown, has had several friends incolved in car accidents, one who was sued 364 days after an incident. When her teenage daughter began driving, she heard even more stories about other teenagers getting into accidents.

Her concerns about what anyone should do after an accident occurs grew into a book that dealt with the questions to be asked in a car accident. Was it work related? What were the road conditions like? Visibility? Details like types of damage, passenger names, witnesses, citations isssued, etc. etc.
