4.0 out of 5 stars Grover said a Lot, July 4, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: According to Grover (Paperback)
This book along with Grover Always Said is entertaining, somewhat informative and contains a inside look at small town, village actually, living in Central PA during the middle of the last century.
Even though the author states all names and places are factious, they're not. A lot of peoples last names and the places have been changed,to some degree, but not to the point where those of us that grew up or are familiar with the area don't recognize.
Having been born in Michaelville, relatives living in the village, Grover being a relative, along with having friends mentions in the books, made for a good read. But then again, I may be bias.
