The information provided in this book is powerful and inspirational to say the least. I found myself fascinated by this study of human behavior and the impact of such on success in life. Mr. Sasscer's offering of family anecdotes and guiding the reader through his own personal journey is not only heart warming but sheer delight. I believe that anyone who reads this book has the opportunity to become a better leader, a better team player and a better contributor to the organization simply by following the ten principles. I used Mr. Sasscer's organizational ideas for professional development for my professional staff and the result was a resounding success. Although this book is structured to address the needs of the workplace, the personal benefits of Mr. Sasscer's writing should not be overlooked.

Mark Sasscer has knocked it out of the park. While I've read many text books on Management styles, this isnt overly complicated, but the essentials of what we should be doing everyday. He relates to business and to personal life and makes it clear the person you can change is youj.
Our entire hospital is reading this book, and living the principles. We purchased 25 books recently for our Operations Team, and review each chapter as a group and hold each other accountable to it. Don't justr read it, but live it, it will make you a better leader!

"Accountability NOW!" turns out to be both crisply conceived and organized, yet delightfully written and presented. Something my speed-reading mind had glossed over was the all important word LIVING in the sub-title. As someone with considerable personal and professional experience, I would like to see many people read this book. They would come away remembering how important truth, reality, perspective, and priority driven strategies are. This can, IMHO, apply to first personal/spiritual and then professional life. The authors' voices are clear and harmonious throughout, a melody you can spin off into your own powerful song!
