I have had the pleasure of working with Tom and Roger a few times. The methods for establishing ownership and accountability are outstanding. This stuff really works folks. I have this book in hard copy as well as on CD. It is great! This should be a MUST read for everyone! I listen to the CD on my way to work and find inspiration for continuing my work journey, whether it be at a job or just at home.

These tapes are excellent for listening while driving. The book is well done and worth read (or listening). I went back and highlighted the parts in the book that sounded the best. It really worked for me.
