I used this quite a bit to get started on a procedures manual for my relatively small company. The templates were useful and I liked how it was organized. Naturally I had to create very customized procedures but as an overall organizAtional framework it was worth the price to get the project moving forward.

I found this book to be a great blueprint in designing or modifying an entities accounting procedure's manual. The book was very well structured, and the author presented the information in a manner conducive to implementation. Great Job!
