Nothing but the best!
I'm buying a copy for everyone on my staff. I read this book on my way in to the office and get a new idea to put into play each day. Tried and true practices just waiting to be implemented. Thanks Ms. Schaeffer.

Good Tips - Needs an Update

For example, some of the "improvements" and "new" efficiencies are really outdated - this book was published in 2004 (my mistake on not checking before ordering), and a refresh of AP digitization, expense reporting reviews,...

I am going through a review of my AP department, and picked this up recently. There are some good tips in here, but it really needs to be refreshed. For example, some of the "improvements" and "new" efficiencies are really outdated - this book was published in 2004 (my mistake on not checking before ordering), and a refresh of AP digitization, expense reporting reviews, etc. are a little dated from what a lot of mid-size to large companies are doing now, and I suspect a lot of small comapnies are doing.
Overall, I think the good outweighs the bad, but at this price I think the publisher deserves to provide a relevant update.
