This toy is lots of fun. I like to play with it using my old GIJOE toys. My favorite scenario is to have Sigmund Freud kill off Cobra Commander, and then take his place as leader of Cobra: The Enemy. With his cigar, he works really well as an evil villain. (Plus, he likes to torture the good guys that they capture by tying them up and putting his cigar out on their bare chest.)
It is lots of fun to play with. The final battle usually takes place on the rug at the foot of my bed (which substitutes for a jungle), where Snake-Eyes challenges Sigmund Freud to a duel in order to avenge the death of Duke and all the other Joes. (Snake-Eyes is always the only surviving Joe left.) Sigmund Freud then tries some ninja moves to kick Snake-Eyes' rear, but Snake Eyes beats the crap out of him. It finally ends with Snake Eyes using his sword to gut Sigmund Freud, as his sword slowly slides out of his bloody entrails. It really is a lot of fun! Sometimes I do a Transformer Crossover Universe, where Megatron comes in and has Sigmund Freud join him in some plot to obtain energy in order to build the ultimate weapon and take control the universe. The Joes always have to go get help from Optimus Prime, who always puts a stop to this plot just at the last minute, but not before his arm gets chopped off in battle. (I am actually missing Optimus' arm in real life, so that's why this always happens in the story.) Anyways, Sigmund Freud is great fun for the whole family! Especially 10-year-olds (and above). Buy it today!

This hilarious line of "action figures" only gets funnier and funnier as more and more of them become available.
I bought the Freud action figure for my mother, a therapist who agrees with just about nothing that Freud ever said, and she now has it placed in her office, sardonically, of course. This makes a great gift for your favorite mental health professional, whether they love or loathe the man. Either way, it's funny.

I just recently bought this item for my younger sister who is actually studying Psychology... needless to say she loved it!
From the hilarious packaging including some of his most notable quotes to his phallic cigar, this item makes the perfect gift for anyone interested in Psychology, whether they agree with Freud's theories or not. The seller did also a great job in packaging and shipping it so the box came in perfect conditions, as my sister obviously sees this as a collector piece to be placed in her office... =) And yeah, he looks like the typical movie villain, cigar included...

A group of my friends gave this one to me as a surprise present. I have occupied many a couch and have soaked this man's words up over the years through osmoses.
I like this figurine and have made him a friend...even took him out of his plastic wrapper and set him on the table beside my favorite reading and thinking chair. Each evening I light up a good cigar (yes, as horrid as it sounds, girls do smoke the things), drink coffee and pour my soul out about every other evening. Our conversations usually concern my beloved mother and the wretched things she did to me to mess my life up. I have found that mothers are the absolute perfect scapegoat for all my little quirks and failures. I am gladdened to report to you that my little plastic man agrees with me 100 percent...even when I don't hold the lighted end of my smoke near his tiny little face and beard. He always agrees she is evil, overbearing, over critical, over smothering and a complete control freak. He is a bit concerned over the way I slashingly rip the end of my cigars off with my teeth and distainfully spit the tips across the room with a curse, but I figure that is his little hang-up, not mine. On weekends, or when I am away from home, I toss him into a large box filled with my old Barbie Collection, shake the box around, and turn the lights off. My little Freudster has an exhausted and whimsical smile on his face when I let him out of the box upon my return. I though about throwing him in with the Ken Dolls from time to time, just to see what happens behind closed box lids.

This Sigmund Frued Action Figure was a MUST GIFT for my Shrink's Hannaka Holiday.
He is a Psychoanaylist and before I was even able to tell him that once out of the package it's value in a number of years would amount to nothing. We had a GREAT LAUGH. and that doesn't happen too often in my Sessions with him. So, lighten up...(reference to Hannaka...) HE LOVES IT! and the Cigar...

To be honest, I wanted this item because I went to a convention and they were giving them out as door prizes... and I didn't win one! SO, to remedy THAT issue, I came home and ordered my own. Definatly a conversation starter. Every person who is in the business of helping others in counseling needs one of these. Even if you don't agree with Freudian methods. We all owe a debt of gratitude to Freud and I am big on origins of things. Good price, fast shipping, and just a fun thing to have around. Get one while you can get your hands on one. Remember, the Carl Jung action figure is SOLD OUT with no restock in sight! This too could become a collector's item!

The packaging is great, I love the quotes on the back. I haven't gotten to actually play with it yet because it was a gift for my teacher and he hasn't taken it out of the packaging because he liked it so much.

I bought two of these figures. One of them came in a dessimated box and one came in pristine condition. I put the one with the good box up in my work area in my room and the other I put in my car (out of the ratty box) for kicks with friends who may ride in my car with me. I think it's a funny toy, my psychology professors think it's funny (in fact, one of them has this same figure in their office), my friends think it's funny, and even those I know who despise Freud think it's funny. The Freud figure has been great for laughs and worth it's value. I fully intend to put my in-box Freud figure in my office when I finish my schooling to become a psychologist, =)(lol)and I intend to play with the other one when I need something random to harass my friends with. =P
