Product Description

Meatball-shaped, bubble gum flavored gumballs are super tasty and extra chewy. If you don't believe us, just look on the back of each package where Manny the Meatball proclaims, "Atsa chewy meatball." How can you doubt the emphatic assertion of a talking meatball? Twenty-one 7/8" (2.2 cm) gumballs in each box.

There's a good gag factor in chewing gum shaped like meatballs. The package is cute, and so forth. However, the gum doesn't actually taste like meatballs. It's just regular gumballs that happen to be shaped like meatballs. They taste exactly like Dubble Bubble original gum, so classic bubblegum flavor.

It's just a bit odd that there was no attempt to do a meatball flavor.

OK so a mixed review here of this product.....I cannot, for one, imagine how these little meatballs would provide much in the way of entertainment. And believe me, I have tried everything under the sun since I received my batch!!....using one as a golf ball....playing pool with them....trying to juggle them....sticking one up my nose....nothing worked and all attempts left me short of my expectations. Additionally, they are not very durable. I put a few of them in my garbage disposal and then reached in...(after I turned it off thank God)..and only was able to pick out a tiny piece..at least I think it was a piece of the meatball chewing gum...it could have been some creamed spinach from last night's dinner.....I DO, however, rate these meatballs as HIGHLY educational!!!! First off, they teach you how to chew properly, which is important in order to be able to eat real meatballs. Secondly, they provide a realistic visualization of what rabbits and other small mammals defecate...which may provide some value to veterinary students.

I thought when I saw these that they would really at least look like meatballs if not taste like them. But they don't. they aren't really shaped like meatballs they DO NOT taste like meatballs AND they are stale like bubble gum flavored! for warning. in the picture they are looking just like meatballs but when you get them they have dusting from the gums coat all over the box inside the wrapper that it comes wrapped in. and you can see the gum itself through all of what is coating the balls. they don't keep any real flavor for any real length of time. so I would suggest that you don't waste your money on these.

My momma Sophia would be rolling over in her grave to think of a meatball named Murphy. It was difficult to enjoy the rock hard (vintage 1970's?) brown spikey balls knowing that they were likely imposters from the emerald isle. At least they weren't shellaced.

Bought this as a gag gift for someone and was disappointed when I received it. Packaging looks old and the gumballs have a powder on them that flakes off and covers the inside of the box. They just have an old look and feel which makes you think they are as gross as the idea of meatball gumballs.
