I purchased these ants for picnic themed children's games. They were terrific: small enough to seem real, but large enough to pick up and use. Each of the ants had well-formed legs with crisp edges, no thin plastic "run-over" that poorly made injection molded toys can have. The kids loved them, and I collected enough to use again for other games - that meant they were sturdy enough to survive being stepped on, and substantial enough to easily pick up.

the ants didn't look very real but I bought them for a picnic I was having for friends - just to make sure we had some ants!

The office prank saga started with these ants coming up the conference table and eating the M&Ms. they are a bit big for ants, but it was the best. everybody loved them, i had a line of people that wanted them after we were done. I finally gave them to someone who wanted to make fun of her daughter eating in bed.
