Manufacturers Description
Each Accu-Chek Softclix sterile lancet fits inside an Accu-Chek Softclix lancet device and is designed to allow people with diabetes to comfortably test their blood glucose levels. Conventional spring-loaded lancet systems often penetrate too deeply, with side-to-side movement that can cause painful dilation or tearing of skin tissue. The Accu-Chek Softclix system, on the other hand, features a precise linear action that provides greater comfort, making it easier to test as often as necessary. In addition, the device has a comfort dial with 11 depth settings, allowing you to adjust the lancet depth to match your skin type. The lancets are carefully manufactured to ensure that, once set, the optimal penetration depth doesnt change from test to test.
