GO! Fabric Cutting Dies by AccuQuilt: Strip Cutter-2 1/2" (3 strips). Cuts three 2-1/2 inch strips. Imagine cutting perfect 2 1/2" strips quickly and accurately. This die has cutting blades that are 23" long and are open at both ends to allow cutting of fabric that is still folded as it comes off the bolt. There is no chance that the ruler will slip causing the strips to be uneven. Use the cut strips for binding; sashing; borders and more. Use with the GO! Fabric Cutter (sold separately). It is easy and effortless to cut fabric-the number of layers of fabric that can be cut at one time is determined by the thickness of the material. Requires 10x24 inch mat (not included). Warranty: AccuQuilt GO! Dies are manufacturer guaranteed for one year. Die packaging includes project directions for a GO! Strips quilt. Imported.

Yes I'm a dressmaker by choice. I was curious about the AccuquiltGo, of course, but when I realized it's capability for cutting perfect bias strips I was SOLD. I've purchased the dies in the most common bias strip widths that I use. I can't tell you how pleased I am to be able to cut perfect strips, again and again. This is especially welcome as I age and need all the extra help I can get. Dressmakes, this tool is not for Quilters ONLY.

I love this thing! I cut enough fabric to bind a twin bed quilt in less than ninety seconds. It was awesome. I had unsuccessful carpal tunnel surgery some years ago, and this system is wonderful and requires very little hand effort. Yes, the initial investment is expensive, but it is absolutely worth it. And when you invite your friends over to cut out their projects, it's an instant quilt party. I can't recommend it enough.

This 6.5" Strip Die for the Accuquilt Go is one of my favorites! It works for so many quilt patterns as well as for the batting when doing rag quilts with the 8" rag die. Like all the strip dies, you can cut your strips, and then crosscut the strip again and get your 6.5" squares.

Love it! Want a straight piece of fabric.... All you have to do is cut a piece of fabric and lay it down on the die, place the cutting mat on top, run it through the Go Cutter and you have perfect strips... you don't have to worry about a ruler moving and having wavy strips...
