Affordable, and better than cheap OE rings,

This is my 3rd set of Accushot rings (By Leaper/UTG if you are curious). Principally purchased to replace the cheap OE rings that come with some Bushnell and Barska scopes. They are not going to win any awards, however, they are head and shoulders better than the cheesy OE rings mentioned above. Needed the medium rings for a above 40mm scopes (and the tall rings for one 50mm scope that the medium rings were just not quite tall enough to handle).
I suppose if you have tall iron sights you could use these for the 'look through' feature to use your iron sights. If you are looking for affordable okay rings, the accushot rings are servicable.

Very high quality scope rings. Very sturdy and easy to install. Better than many brand name rings. Would highly recommend them to any hunter/ target shooter. The ones I bought were for a picatinny mount and worked great on my Marlin. Even come with a tape on the inside of the rings to keep from marring your scope and holding secure.

For $10, you can't really go wrong. Considering higher-end rings can go for $40 and up, these rings do a decent job for the money. Would I put these on a $800 scope? Of course not - but if I had $800 to spend on a scope, I'd be able to afford the $80 rings.
I have these mounted on a Simmons ProSport scope (about $150) and have had zero issues. Some people have complained about overtightening them, but honestly, if you know how screws work, and understand that if you keep on tightening them beyond a little after they've stopped moving easily, then you won't have any issues. I have several sets of these rings and have yet to strip a screw. The Hex head screws are easy to use, and match, either by design or by chance, some other picatinny components (rails and accessories). Again, you get what you pay for, but I think some of these reviews are more user-error than product deficiency.

They hold my scope well. I like how there is a thin rubber pad inside the rings to grip the scope. You can tighten the rings to the rail by inserting an allan wrench into a hole on the side of the nut and using it as a lever.

this is a fine scope mount, but shouldn't be paired with-Leapers 5th Gen 3-9x40 AO Mil-Dot Rifle Scope with R/G, 1 Tube. the mount is not tall enough to allow full rotation of adjustment rings on ether end of the scope with flip up covers attached.a slightly taller mount should be used.

This item was way better then the one that came with the Barska Scope that I orderd. Very firm on my Ruger 10-22. After shooting several rounds, the mount is intact and solid.

Good Quality.
Heavy Duty. Stays tight. Cannot say anything negative about this product - just make sure you have a weaver style base on your rifle.

Put these rings on my Remington 870 cantilever, and haven't had a problem with them yet. They seem rugged enough, so I'd be surprised to see something fail on them.

Mounted these rings on the RWS 350 Magnum with a leapers full size TS rated scope. After a few shots the top screws start to loosen up. They don't tighten to a positive grip. Feels a little loose all the time and you tighten some more.. and then you see the screw has bitten into the metal of the clamp. Not as sturdy as I expected them to be.
