WOW this game is fantastic! The gameplay is wonderful and videos pull you into the storyline. It took me a bit to get use to the flight stick but OMG its a must have for this game. save your money and get this bundle, also came with a cool face for the 360. if you love to Ace Combat series i strongly recomend this one. The missions get really hard at times since there are sub missions and you will have to go back and re-fuel and ammo up. you can face up to 300 units on one mission. The online blew my mind, its so much fun. This game is the best so far for the Ace Combat series, I only hope Microsoft will release more games that i can use the stick on (Mech warrior, X Wing...)

I would have to say that this was one of Namcos finest games created. With the flight stick the realism will fly right past you, although, the flight stick does not have the looks it works extremely well. The flight stick is also compatible with pc games and the Blazing Angeles series. The game includes a wide variety of missions ranging from islands in the tropics to snowy regions near the poles. The game is also similar to the Ace Combat 5 for ps2 except this game was created with more missions and better graphics. I was very much please that I bought this game, and I guarantee that your $150 without tax will be well spent!

Some of the reviews of the AC6 Flightstick Bundle seem to be only for the game itself. I reviewed the game itself separately. This review is for the flightstick bundle, which comes in the box displayed by amazon here.

I bought a used set that came complete with everything from the original purchase, box, cords, faceplate, etc. And, everything worked fine and as intended.

However, I found these controls to be not really much fun at all. My experience with them showed they were slow, sluggish, and difficult to be precise with. I went through AC6 entirely, on two different levels. The only way I could get anywhere beyond about the first 5 missions was to revert to the standard hand-held controller. With that, I could control the plane very precisely.

The flight stick is a great concept, but I feel it's actual performance is much below what I anticipated. It really boils down to being able to control the plane quickly and precisely, which just wouldn't happen with this flightstick for me. Others may have a completely different experience. Read the reviews here to gain an idea of what some gamers have to say about their flightstick.

No instructions come with the bundle, this is the way it came from the factory. There is a somewhat confusing schema on the side of the box which attempts to explain what the function of each button/movement will be. I also bought a game guide which devoted a page to labeling the buttons and trying to correlate them with what the buttons on the hand-held controller did. This helped, but some of it you really had to figure out by trial and error.

Again, some gamers perhaps have had a stellar experience with this Flightstick Bundle. I did not. My experience with the Ace Combat series includes all of them from Air Combat (the first one) through Ace Combat 6, including Ace Combat Zero. All completed at multiple levels. For whatever reason, I was never able to become good enough with the stick to even approach what I could do with the standard controller.

Simply the best flight stick for the xbox 360 available. The price was good, and the product in like new condition. The controls work great for any flight game that will use a flight stick; save your money if you need to and buy one, you will love the way it works and feels

All the Ace Combat games are similar in play and this one is not much different. What is different, for those of you with big screen TV's, are the graphics for this version. Having played the PS2 Ace Combat, this one blows them away in every aspect. Playing with the the controller is limiting and only so much fun. For those seeking "true" flight simulation, you NEED to pick up this bundle with the joysticks. They joystick and throttle add an entirely new level of playing that is far greater than just flicking your thumb on the controller.

The flightstick will obviously take some time getting used to. With all the switches and buttons on it, you'll need to play it for awhile before you can manipulate the controls without having to look. Once you get there though, the game is awesome.

The only downside is that you might have to be a little careful with the flightstick since it's made of plastic and seems a little dainty. The PC version of this flightstick is metal so I know that's quite durable but this one seems a little iffy. Fortunately, I've had this thing for about 7-8 months and no issues with the flightstick at all.

Yeah this is a little pricey considering you could just as easily go out and buy the game for only $[...] BUT, if you're a true flight sim fan, this is a definite must have.

I bought this game package because I was in need of a flight stick for the game HAWX this turned out to be a good investment it is by far the best flight stick I've used and the game with 6the package is also a great game!

For those people that are hesitating in buying the Flight Stick Bundle, here's the deal. This game is worth every penny. The flight stick itself takes some time getting use to but once you get the controls down you will have lots of fun with it. Controlling your fighter is way different than using a normal 360 controller. You can also use the flight stick for Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X, which controls just as good. I think plenty of people actually reviewd Ace Combat 6 itself so I will not bother with that portion. Just know that Ace Combat 6 is a top notch game as well as HAWX. Bottom line, Get this flight bundle now before it becomes difficult to purchase in the future. You will not regret it.

I've chosen to review the flightstick portion of the package. While the controls do take alot of time to get accustomed to them, especially the B button, the flightstick does make the game a whole lot more enjoyable and immersive. The only real problem I have is that you almost need a board in your lap or a table to attach the flightstick to so that it isn't flopping and flailing around instead of moving the stick. Once you figure that out the stick is a great accessory.

I liked this game very much. The flight sticks are great and feel very natural to play a flight game with. The only thing that was lacking was the story of the game. That is why I gave 4 stars. Game play is fine, graphics are great, and the sound is awesome.

Of all the flight sim games this is absolutely the best. The action of the flight controller will have you doing barrel rolls in your sleep!!!! Definitely not easy to learn but once you do it is also challenging. Lots of action, plenty of targets to shoot and you better watch your butt, since you will be shot out of the sky if you dont. I have 14 different Xbox games and this is one of the best ever...If you are thinking of getting the game without the flight controller, forget about it, the controller is what makes the game really FLY......HAVE FUN!!!!!
