Can you spell GARBAGE?,

After spending over $4000 on a new shower we got this cheap drain cover. It bent the first time it was stepped on, we went to the local ACE to get a stronger one, nope, not available. Then we tried 2 other Ace's, same thing, went to Home Depot again same story. This is the worst product I have ever purchased! The problem is I can't find one that is any better! Why do manufacturers even bother?
