When ordering AceMail, please provide the "Pilot Product ID" (serial number)for your Palm Device. This is a 12 digit (typically) number located on alabel on the back of your Palm. In case the label is missing, it can also befound by selecting Info from the Launcher menu and then selecting "Version"
