Exactly what I wanted for my MacBook Pro,

This review is from: Acer AL2016WBSD 20" Wide LCD Monitor LCD - Silver (Electronics)
I was looking for a modest sized 1680 x 1050 wide screen format LCD monitor to use as a second screen with my 17" Apple MacBook Pro laptop. It works a treat, doubling my desktop estate, has a DVI connector, and the silver frame matches my MacBook. The colours are sharp and bright too. Excellent value for money, especially when I think what I paid for CRT monitors a few years ago.

I have entire satisfaction with the Acer monitor. I think that it worth every dollar I spent. Good investment.

I had it for a month and it works fine for me. It was a great deal and I didn't have a problem with it

Acer 20" Wide LCD Monitor,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Acer AL2016WBSD 20" Wide LCD Monitor LCD - Silver (Electronics)
I bought two of these monitors - one for my wife and the other for me. These are fabulous monitors with a very clear display, fast enough to show videos well, and wide so that more can be displayed. If you're looking for great product at a great price, this is it.

Lousy Monitor!,
This review is from: Acer AL2016WBSD 20" Wide LCD Monitor LCD - Silver (Electronics)
This is one lousy monitor. First off the VGA connection doesn't work with my Mac Mini. The DVI connection does, the problem with having the DVI connection is that the monitor blacks out and then comes right back. I did some research on the internet and much to my dismay this is the case with all Acer monitors, it is a glitch that can't be fixed and Acer refuses to acknowledge the problem. I contacted customer service and was given the runaround for almost 45 minutes before giving up. I can't even return it to Amazon because I can't get the stand unhooked. The other reviews must be from people who work for the Acer corporation. I feel like I have been ripped off.
