PRODUCT WORKS FINE. I FOUNT THIS SITE CHEAPER THAN OTHER SITES. THIS IS MY FIRST ACER PRODUCT. I HEARD SOME GOOD REVIEWS ON THEIR PRODUCTS THOUGHT I'D GIVE IT A TRY.THE DELIVERY WAS FAST. I LIKE THIS SIZE BECAUSE I CAN CARRY IT ANYWHERE. IT'S SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT IN MY POCKETBOOK.THE WEB CAM WORKS NICE.IF YOUR LOOKING A SOMETHING JUST TO CARRY ANY WHERE WITHOUT A BOTHER...

Very poor quality; terrible customer service
Before you buy one of these, take a few moments and Google "problems with Acer computers" and "problems with Acer customer service." This computer is inexpensive because it's cheaply made. It will likely break (mine did twice in 9 months--first the screen went and then the charging port). That gains you admission into the third ring of hell known as Acer customer service...

We bought this computer for my husband to take to Bosnia where he is living for a year. It is the perfect size for him to carry back and forth to the university and it works well for all the traveling he does.

Before you buy one of these, take a few moments and Google "problems with Acer computers" and "problems with Acer customer service." This computer is inexpensive because it's cheaply made. It will likely break (mine did twice in 9 months--first the screen went and then the charging port). That gains you admission into the third ring of hell known as Acer customer service. They are impossible to reach and may try to find a reason not to honor your warranty. If you can afford it, skip this cheapo junk and spend a few more dollars on a Toshiba, Dell or Sony.
