I needed this computer for college and I read the product description and I bought it. It came here on time and is everything it was supposed to be. There are actually alot of features it doesn't tell you about. Like the video maker, which is cool. You can record your own video and put text in it and add music. It was a good buy. The camera is actually pretty good quality. Overall, if you want a good computer, for the price it's great.

I researched this product and was sure I would be happy. Especially reading the description about the vivid color and dynamic sound. What a bunch of crap. The words on the screen are so faded and transparant, I can barely read them. Why don't I adjust the contrast? Because there ISN'T a way to do that. I'm frustrated with this product, I wish I'd never bought it. Now I have to pay to return it to Amazon.

It's not Amazon's fault, it's Acer's fault and whoever wrote the tantalizing description on the Amazon website's fault. And of course, my fault for being so gullible. I knew I should have went into a store where I can see the computer with my own eyes.
