I originally ordered a PC from Dell but they somehow cancelled my order on the day of delivery. I decided to try Amazon for a PC and bought this unit from Acer. It arrived in 2 days and was at least $100 cheaper than the comparable Dell.

Pros:

1. Pretty much plug & play right out of the box.
2. Supports 2 monitors through DVI and HDMI. Acer includes a DVI to VGA adaper.
3. Compact and runs very quiet

Cons:

1. DVI and HDMI ports are right next to each and very tight. So if both monitors run DVI, you can't use a HDMI to DVI adapter because it won't fit next to the DVI port. Instead you'll need a HDMI to DVI cable.
2. When on, the machine will have a constant blue light which is pretty bright. No way to turn this light off.
