Really have enjoyed using this All-in-one desktop for the last month. The larger monitor is great, clear, and distinct. Having everything inside the monitor is a wonderful space saving idea. This is the second one of these Acer all-in-ones I tried. The first one I got from a local store and tried it for the weekend. I wasn't impressed with that machine due to the lag and screen freezing, it was one of the earlier models and I feel that with all the programs loaded it just didn't have a powerful enough processor to give it the power needed to accommodate. So I took it back and went online and found this one with an Intel i5 dual core processor. I have had nothing but a great time using this machine and would recommend it to any one looking for a desktop needing a much smaller footprint of space. I have taken this on the road with me and has transported very well. With the wireless and TV tuner capability this is going to be a great machine for an all purpose experience during our travel this winter in the Motor home.

Like all new computers, especially when you jump from one system to another, like XP to Windows 7, there is much to learn. I tried four times to get help with several start up problems. Acer's system of support is from the dark ages, especially their email version. Be prepare if you need help for a long extended period of waiting. Oh, and make sure you have every piece of documentation about your computer model, serial number, etc. This information is on the box top the computer came in so don't throw it away. Otherwise, they email you back and say they cannot speak with you. I still have not been able to access certain functions like the online video cam which is promised as part of the package on this computer. Online searches also proved to be fruitless in solving this issue. Amazon went beyond the call of duty and even refunded some money because Acer had not met their advertising promises. The computer is good; the support leaves much to be desired.

A few months ago I bought this computer and the wireless keyboard/mouse USB receiver was broken after a few days use due to the design of unstable computer base and the receiver stick out too much from the side. I called the Acer support phone line and the unpleasant guy (must be located in India or somewhere) answered the call. He is totally unhelpful and could not provide any useful information where I could get another USB wireless receiver. And there is no information could be find on the websites about the USB wireless receiver.
