Acer G24 24-inch LCD Monitor

I have had this monitor for 22 days. Powered on/standby non-stop.

I had a single stuck pixel (blue), but some of that is to be expected from any monitor, I don't consider that a 'Con' and it's very hardly noticeable. Every monitor I've owned had at least 1 dead/stuck pixel .. It happens.

I did a lot of research on monitors and finally decided on this. There are a great many negative reviews, but I believe those situations are single faulty items, not indicative of the product.

Here's my answer to common complaints:
Light bleed:
I haven't noticed it at all, even in dark situations in Doom 3, Left4Dead, and Bioshock.

Viewing Angle:
Some slight discoloration occurs at more then 20-degrees from center, but it is very mild and generally shouldn't be a problem with most people, since it's more common to sit directly in front of the screen. I would see it a problem if 2 or more sat in front of it to watch a movie.

I very highly recommend this monitor for quality and value.

Well, it's 1900x1200 -- HD right? Ok, well, my eyes can't tell the difference. It's a big screen, looks nice. My only major complaint is that on the edges you can see a whitest glow when the screen is all black. Not really a problem for most things, but annoying for movies. I'm half a mind to return it, but it's cheap enough and I'll be hard pressed to find a better solution at the price. I guess I'll keep it for now, but don't strongly recommend.
