Quit working after a month
I ordered this charger for my kids Acer laptop and it worked great at first, but after about a month, it quit working. I am not sure what to do next.

I originally purchased an inexpensive power supply cord. It didn't even work by the time I received it. So, this time I went for the OEM model and put out an extra $15. Well worth the money, it works as expected and I haven't had any problems at all. Pay the extra money for the reliable product.
