The Best
I first purchased this vinegar while on vacation and it was expensive, so i used it bery sparingly. I finally ran out and went on line to try to find it, and of course, Amazon had the exact product, AND it was much cheaper. So I ordered a couple of bottles and i can use it however i want as i have a way to reasonably replace it. The vinegar is wonderful and i am afraid...

If the price seems too good to be true...
While this is certainly better than what I can buy in the grocery store, it really isn't a very good quality balsamic. It does not have that thick, syrupy, sweet taste that allows balsamic to be drizzled over fruit. It tastes too vinegary to be used for desserts and dipping bread and all the things good balsamic is used for. For me, this turned out to be a cooking...

While this is certainly better than what I can buy in the grocery store, it really isn't a very good quality balsamic. It does not have that thick, syrupy, sweet taste that allows balsamic to be drizzled over fruit. It tastes too vinegary to be used for desserts and dipping bread and all the things good balsamic is used for.
