5.0 out of 5 stars Contexual Based Leadership, January 21, 2012
This for is probably the best book i have read on Leadership; very explicit, and clearly shows that leadership can be taught, as it is very accessable due to the authors style in clearing up concepts through metaphors, stories and examples.

As you learn to understand the different contexts that each and everyone of us at different level are appointed in; and go through the corresponding practices, that are intentially repititive in nature with substle but significant differences in leadership at higher contexts; from self to teams to organization and towards chartering alliances; this repetitive approach tends to signify alignment of pupose at different level of organizations

i specifically loved the imparitives to leadership; e.g. people in leadership are no infallable; or not taking things personal when your leadership is criticised. moreover i loved the assessing skills that leadership at every level should be concsious about in developing themselves and others; and being concsious of discerning phase of high performing individuals; and your response to the same...

excellent book and should be a reference book to every organization in aligning people towards true north puposes...
