This is a very powerful audio tape. Every single point resonated with me in a profound way. I have never heard a more compelling definition of leadership than this one from James Kouzes: "Leadership is the art of mobilizing others to want to struggle with you for shared aspirations." I have committed this and many of the other concepts to memory and have found them to be very effective as I have tried to apply them in my own life, not only in the workplace, but in other spheres as well. I am currently sharing these principles with my colleagues, and see the potential for dramatic improvement in our organizational culture as a result.

This is a very good tape set. It is informative and identifies specific points that allows the listener to relate very well. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to enhance their personal levels of credibility. It is a two tape set that runs for two hours. I think that in fact it could have been done in half the time excpet for the speed of narration. If you are a slow listener its perfect, however if you expect a fast moving high powered, high energy delivery, better try another tape set. I liked this set and gave it an over all rating of 72% purely because the narration tended to drag it out. Worth a listen.
