This is an excellent book. The author really knows what she's talking about. Very user-friendly and easy to understand. Heather knows that we all live realistic lives - busy and full! She gives just the right steps and tools to motivate you toward your fitness goals. (By the way, I love that she provides the most clear explanation of how fat is actually gained and lost. SO EASY to understand and something EVERYONE needs to comprehend!!!) If you read this book, you will know exactly what you need to do to make a life and body change.
This book fully equips a person to get motivated, get on track, and then stay on track - attaining "Physical Wealth!!"
